ABOUT COLLEEN

Having had pets her whole life, Colleen always knew she would end up working with animals. She started working first hand with animals as a camp counselor at her father's horse farm. From there she worked as a vet tech at one of Pennsylvania's top veterinary hospitals.

After working under one of the best doctors and absorbing so much knowledge, Colleen couldn't help being sad for all the animals. She finally made the decision that working with sick animals was a very emotionally taxing job --- a job that she could not do forever. She decided to leave the field and attended Gwynedd Mercy College --- Graduated with a Bachelors of Science and Business Management, spending the next 10+ years in the business world. Through it all, Colleen still had a burning desire to be with animals.

Howl & Meows Pet Sitting

She was presented with an opportunity to work at one of New Jersey's top working dog kennels and immediately took them up on their offer. Colleen spent the next two years managing and training dogs. She loved every moment she had with those dogs!

After experiencing the stress and anxiety pet owners and pets experienced when parting, she knew she wanted to find a way to help. Colleen wanted to be able to provide a safe and reliable service for pet owners. She wanted to provide the peace of mind every pet owner deserves while working or traveling. Knowing that your pet is safe and well taken care of is a priceless service.
